Early morning Pick up is done from different locations within Dubai, Upon arrival into the desert sight, you can refresh the drive with refreshments like tea, coffee, and water, where you enjoy 1 Hour of complete Hot air balloon ride with safety instruction from the experienced pilot. Enjoy the hot air filling into the balloon prior to taking off. As you take off, feel the smooth unknown factor of flying into the sky, Enjoy the flight clicking memorable picture for stay alive in your memories for a lifetime. Once you are landed, Your transfers are ready to drop you back to your location.

Your balloon takes off from a desert oasis located north of Al Ain. It is about an hour’s drive from Dubai. It is a remote area that is truly in the heart of the desert which gives you the best view of the desert.

Bookings can be made through our website and prices include pick up/drop off. The online payment system is available for your convenience and activities are suitable for all ages. Cancellation charges are applicable and seating is based on availability. All vehicles are properly insured as safety is our main priority.

Exclusions

• Passengers with weight over 120Kg will be charged double the ticket price
• Video recording of the flight sent via email @ 125 AED
• Event Banner on Basket @ 200 AED per flight 
• Banner to be provided by the client as per size: Big Balloon 350 CM  x 90 CM
• Private Transportation can be arranged on request.

Terms and Condition

Booking and Payment Procedure:

• Bookings will be accepted through our website booking form.
• Payments can be made through our online payment system
• Additional 5% VAT will be charged while booking the tour. 

 

Mandatory Documents:

• Either Passport Copy /Emirates ID/UAE Driving Licence (without any valid ID Passengers are not allowed to fly)

 

Passengers Not allowed to Fly : 

• A child less than 5 Years
• Adults more than 70 Years of old
• Ladies more than 3 Months Pregnant 
• Serious Heart problem/ Serious knee & back pain 
• Anyone had major surgery during the last 6 months 
•  A person suffering from height phobia not recommended 
• Disabilities covering the following are not allowed for flying ;- mental or emotional disabilities, physical impairments covering disabilities

Cancelation Policy:

• Refund claims have to be made in writing, at least 7 days prior to the flight.
• No refund claims would be entertained in a period shorter than 7 days prior to the tour
• The refund would be provided at our sole discretion.

Seating policy:

• We reserve the rights on allocation of seating as per the availability.

Insurance Coverage:

• All our vehicles are fully insured to include passengers in the unlikely event of an accident
• You may be asked to sign a waiver before taking this tour
